Depends.: All the above are potentially toxic to the liver in high doses and long term use. Valerian use is generally safe in the short term and both Ativan (lorazepam) and alcohol are generally safe when taken sparingly and also for a short term. When you do take them, your doctor can monitor the effect on your liver.
