A member asked:

How much walking should you do when retired to keep sharp?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

As much as you can!: Walking is a great form of exercise, especially when you go at a pace that makes you just slightly short of breath, such that you can't speak a full sentence. This type of exercise tones your heart and lungs, helps your digestive and immune systems, and is good for the brain -- to prevent depression and other problems. Keep going!
