Fogginess Causes: If you had good concentration that has now dropped you are looking for a change. 500 possible reasons. Samples include low free T3 (liothyronine) thyroid, babesia, bartonella, lyme, low Dht or active testosterone, restless leg, sleep apnea, indoor mold or new medications. Inflammation has many forms and this also undermines sleep. If you are on a new medicine, herb or are drinking---some alter sleep or alertness.

Oldertimer's disease: Use it or lose it...The brain is a tissue just like a muscle. Try focusing a few minutes at time, then gradually increase the time by a minute or two every week. Just like body building exercises. Certain supplements like n-acetyl-cysteine and /or alpha-lipoic acid, with acetyl l carnitine, may help give you more atp. Go slow with any supplements or vitamins. Get a general medical check up first!
