Are those hand sanitizers ok on delicate skin? seems like there are tiny cracks when i use it too much.

Alcohol based.: Most 'hand sanitizers' are alcohol based - not the kind you drink, but rubbing alcohol which kills most germs. As anyone who uses them on a regular basis will tell you, they do dry out the skin. Try to wash with soap and water every once in a while, then apply a good skin cream to your hands. It will help a bit.
