Pompholyx?: If these are mostly on your palms, and you're living where the weather's starting to get warmer, my first guess is pompholyx / dyshidrotic eczema. Your physician can advise you about how to manage this common and annoying problem, or you can read up and if this is what you have, you can try self-treatment / over-the-counter rx first.
