So my hand got drooled on by a friend and theyre dry/cracked due-to me washing and sanitizing my hands at work (food service) i wiped the drool off with my pants but not really immediately am i at risk for any hand diseases on my outer hand?

If your friend is in good health you should have no worries. Saliva is transmitted from one person to another in kissing so think of this as no more dangerous than when this particular person kissing his or her partner.

Drool on intact skin is not likely to cause any problems. If you friend and you are healthy, it is not a high risk occurrence. If your hands are cracked enough that they ooze, it is a little more likely to allow for transmission, but still a small likelihood.
