Very non-specific: I presume you are referring to white spot seen on a MRI brain scan. It is always important to review the scan results with your doctor who originally ordered the scan to discuss the clinical significance or often times insignificance of the radiologic finding. In general, if someone has risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, or high cholesterol, not controlled, then MRI can show white spots.
