I had a migrane this morning and it was the worse ever. pain was on right side. ct scan showed a spot on the right frontal lobes. does ms comes up?

Unlikely: There is no real relationship between migraine and ms, other than the ms pt seems to have a higher incidence of migraine. The spot on the films may be important, and a followup MRI is recommended. One lesion is no necessarily a problem, and may be quite old. Migraine treatment includes stopping and preventing headaches. Your doc can help.
