A left curvature in : Lower back with the convex or outside part of the curve or scoliosis on the left side of the body with moderate meaning a curve degree between 20-40 degrees in this region. Curves in lumbar spine can be associated with back pain due to its altered mechanics (which can increase degeneration ) and curve may worsen with age due to further degenerative changes as well as and/or loss of bone density.
