Early arthritis: Not sure why a 34yo has these problems. Your description of X-ray sounds like back spasm causing some local splinting and curvature,not classic scoliosis. Osteophytes typically seen in degenerative arthritis. Do you have autoimmune disease? Lupus? Psoriasis? Rheumatoid?
