clean,antibiotic: If the cut is supeficial, just clean and apply an antibiotic ointment. It will heal in less than a day. If deeper do see an ophthalmologist.

Conj laceration: A scratch on the white part of the eye if superficial is called a conjunctival laceration. Using an antibiotic ointment or drop for a few days will help prevent an infection. A deeper cut could cause a scleral laceration. Any eye pain warrants a visit to an eyemd.
