Corneal abrasion: You most likely have a corneal abrasion. You must consult with an ophtalmologist because if not treated this could cause permanent scarring. The eye should taped very tightly to keep the eyelid from opening and closing and therefore creating friction which aggravates the problem. You do not want your eye to become infected and a topical antibiotic should be prescribed.
