Unlikely: While illnesses with a fever can be associated with vomiting, like gastroenteritis or appendicitis, I am unaware of a physiologic mechanisim where fever would cause vomiting. With that said, if you are having fever and vomiting for more than a day, you should seek the care of a medical provider soon.
