Pediatrician: Would be best to have her evaluated by a pediatrician is access if she is dehydrated from the vomiting ( may need IV fluids) and if she needs treatment for an infectious cause for the fever.

Time for visit: After 3 days it would be prudent to have someone look at her. Mild dehydration can be hard to detect and interfere with recovery after a viral illness has peaked.Other treatable issues may be present. A variety of medications may be helpful in assisting recovery.
