Fever & vomiting: She might just be tired and weak from vomiting (one loses a lot of energy from it) and not because she is dehydrated. Continue the pedialyte small amounts (2-4 oz or more) at a time every 10-15 minutes. If the vomiting becomes more frequent and she develops diarrhea, stops urinating and becomes lethargic and weaker, bring her to the ed or her doctor.

Keep her NPO: That means nothing by mouth for 4 hours and fever control. Then start off with clear liquids, advance as tolerated. If persistent vomiting and cannot control fever, take her to the doctor. She may have bacterial infection may need antibiotics or admission if dehydrated and cannot keep anything down.
