Rice ; calcium: Brown rice contains some calcium -- about 50 mg/cup. Compare that to yogurt, which has 450 mg/cup -- or cooked spinach, with 240 mg/cup. Even dried figs have 300 mg/cup. http://tinyurl.com/47legy9 rice is definitely not your best source of calcium.
