A small amount: Most fish is not a good source of dietary calcium. A fresh filet of certain types of fish has a small amount of calcium. Other foods (milk and spinach, for example) provide significantly more calcium per serving. Some processed fish products - such as sardines or canned salmon - may have some fish bone in them, which contains calcium.
