GH deficiency: Hgh is available, but should only be used for gh deficiency, and only in youth. Trials with gh in adults have not proven any real functional benefit. If you are a 19 yo woman, you should be making lots of gh still, and should not need any more. Too much gh can stimulate "growth" where you don't want it, eg tumors.
