No...: There has never been a published medical report that I have seen that demonstrates that massaging the legs has any effect of height - the growth plates close in the teen years and maximum height is achieved then. Frequent massages may make you feel better so you stand up more straight... giving the perception of being taller

Myth, at any age: And after the growth centers close (after puberty) nothing, including real injected growth hormone makes you grow taller.
