Need more info..: How do you know that you have breast fibroadenomas? What tests were done? Is this in anyway related to a bruise from the fall or injury that you describe? If you truly have diagnosed fibriadenomas they can be observed, otherwise surgery to remove them is optional. If it is a firm breast lump from a traumatic injury or bruise, it will resolve on its own over time.
