What step should be taken besides medication which i am taking n surgery so that fibroadenoma in my breasts go.won't it dissolve over time.

None: The fibroadenoma will not disappear. It is a growth and nothing will dissolve it. However, if the radiologist and your doctors feel that it is definitely a fibroadenoma, you can choose to just watch it over time and not have it removed. For more info www.Askyourgynecologist.Org.
