Had 2 teeth implants down jaw both sides 2 years ago , since then i noticed swollen submandibular gands both sides especially when eating or drinking , could this be from the implants ?

Swollen glands: Glands can be swollen in reaction to foreign material of implants.

No: In very rare cases if implants got infected , they can cause swelling on submandibular region due to drainage to the submandibular lymph nodes , that swelling stays tell infraction goes away by treatment. But if you feel swelling only when you eat or drink then that could be from blocked sublingual salivary glands canal . Have it checked by your dentist to determine the cause of that swelling.
