No: In very rare cases if implants got infected , they can cause swelling on submandibular region due to drainage to the submandibular lymph nodes , that swelling stays tell infraction goes away by treatment. But if you feel swelling only when you eat or drink then that could be from blocked sublingual salivary glands canal . Have it checked by your dentist to determine the cause of that swelling.
