Many things: It could be many things. It can be a tooth infection, salivary gland issue, lymph node issue, growth in the cheek, growth in the mouth or a jaw cyst/tumor, TMJ issue. See an md and also a dentist for a consultation.

See your doctor: It is possible that you have a residualproblemwith the mycobacterium that causes TB or you may have something else going on.
