Problems: All of the problems you discussed are readily treatable. The RA, Osteoarthritis, and Fibromyalgia by a specialist Rheumatologist. The bacterial tooth & gum infections, the halitosis, & the Thrush by a General Dentist & possibly a Periodontist. You can't do this yourself. Go get competent health care.
