How high is too high of a fever for a 4 month old. i wanna know at what temp do i take he to the doctor?

Fever: A child may have 104 fever and be running around the house, happy as can be .On the other hand, a child may have a normal temp and be dreadfully ill. You take your child to the doctor when you have concerns.
