That's high: If this is truly the temperature I would head into urgent care now.You might give a dose of ibuprofen now but find out what is going on. Fever by itself is part of the body's normal response to illness and reflects an increasing metabolism to fight germs. At that level I suspect either viruses or germs circulating in the blood, so the kid needs to be seen.
