Not much: Doesn't hurt any more than a regular tetnus. You can be sore at the site of the injection and develop a mild fever

TdaP vaccine: It hurts for a moment, then can leave you sore afterwards. Very important to get, don't let the 2 seconds of pain persuade you from not getting the vaccine.
