At least: All the germs in the TdaP represent bacteria that can cause significant disease. They also represent diseases that the human body NEVER develops permanent immunity to like it may for measles. This is a flaw in our immune system. It is why tetanus & diphtheria boosters are recommended throughout life. Pertussis boosters (over age 6) were not safe until we had the acellular vaccine (90's).
