Yes, take more!: B12 deficiency can cause many symptoms, including peripheral neuropathy, though of course there are other possible causes. Some experts feel 350 is still too low- in japan levels below 500 are considered low. B12 is very safe. Take enough to get your levels to 600. Nerves heal slowly so it may take a year to heal once levels are good. Ashwagandha and lion's mane mushrooms help nerves to heal too.
