See a neurologist: This is one situation in which i would urge a 2nd opinion with a neurologist if you have not already seen one. If the neuropathy is related to lyme disease (and imo that is a large "if") the injury to the nerves heals very slowly. A neurologist would rule out other causes and offer you meds which are often very helpful in minimizing the symptoms.
