ongoing peripheral neuropathy, top of left foot, since june 2012. area numbed after 2006 12mm l5/s1 disc protrusion (resolved). what are my options?

Herniated disc: The numbness or neuropathy in the foot may have several possibilities such as a recurrent disc protrusion, ligament and facet growth leading to canal narrowing, low B12 levels, or other reversible causes. Follow up with a spine specialist to determine the cause of the numbness.
