For some crazy reason have been hitting my outer elbow on everything in the same spot. it's extremely painful and weak. is it just bruised?

Injury: Outer aspect elbow has a nerve. Probably it has been inflammed from repeat trauma or movements. Try taking Ibuprofen 600 mg thrice daily. If you have any gastric problems try it with lower dose 400 mg thrice daily along with omeprazole. If not relieved you have to see a physician for better diagnosis and treatment.
