Saw 2 red spots on arm last night; doesn't hurt or itch. is it bed bugs or is there other cause for random bruising in the same spot?

Prob not Bed bugs: These are INTENSELY itchy, and typically occur on the legs though not always. Without seeing the spots not possible to diagnose. They could be bites. If they are bruises they will go away. If they are tiny and red might be cherry angiomas.
