Hit my elbow, next day noticed sore forearm & a knot. Then 1 spot on wrist became tender. All right arm. Pain lessened now. Neuropathy?

Not neuropathy: neuropathy would cause numbness and weakness if you bruises a nerve. You probably bruise where you hit your arm. If you did not elevate your arm the swelling went down hill to your wrist.
