Doctor Confab: It sounds like your primary care doctor and psychiatrist need to have a conference, so that both are on the same page with your treatment. Unfortunately there can be many miscommunications when medical visits last only a few minutes. Important connections (like risk of mood episodes in bipolar d/o with snri's) can be missed. If you're going to stay on cymbalta, (duloxetine) stay on your depakote, for sure!
