Possible: It may be that she's just discovered her fist and is exploring. 3 months is early to teeth, but not unheard-of. Remember, 1st dental appointment within 6 months of eruption of 1st baby tooth, but no later than 1st b'day.

Teething is Possible: A child's first tooth can erupt on average between 6 ; 10 months. Everyone is different so early eruption is possible. If your child's tooth comes in early it's likely the adult teeth will also be early.
