Probably not.: They're quite common in older people. If they're asymptomatic, it's not usually a concern, provided blood pressure, cholesterol etc. Are controlled. A baby Aspirin a day would be a bad idea though.

No worries: If they are asymptomatic i wouldnt be worried. They are due to microinfarcts due to local atherosclerotic vessels. Make sure you take baby Aspirin and check your lipids.
