See an ENT: Vertigo coming from swimming could mean an issue in your outer, middle or inner ear. If it has been going on for days in spite of Meclizine (a medicine that only helps some kinds of vertigo), you need a specialist's opinion. You may need your ear cleaned, special medicines, a scan etc... It depends on what the ENT doctor finds. And as a friendly reminder, don't drive if you are having vertigo!
