A member asked:

I'm going home. can i fly with an ear infection (taking amoxicillin) and i'm experiencing vertigo (taking meclizine but it isn't quite working)?

Decongestant: You might try irrigation of the nose with a neti-pot but also will probably need a decongestant like Pseudoephedrine or oxymetozaline nasal spray either of which can be obtained in a pharmacy. If you fly without this the changes in pressure may otherwise create a great deal of severe pain and discomfort. Good luck.
