Not clear if the vertigo is secondary to your vaccination, or if an independent inner ear event. If you are stabilizing, and the meclizine helps, be patient and issues should resolve in a few days. More persistent symptoms should be evaluated by an otolaryngologist. Audiological/ otological testing would be diagnostically helpful if needed.

There have been reports of Vrtigo after covid shots.Good news is that it is short lived sand gets better in few days.Meclizine is the right drug and is effective to treat the symptoms. But if it does not get better. In that case you need to follow up with your Doctor to rule out other conditions including Benign Paroxysmal Vertigo.Incidence of vertigo after covid shot is 0.80%.And Dizziness is 11.8%
