Yes: Get another opinion if you've been to the ob/gyn 6 times. There are a lot of problems that can occur in the urethra. Urologist may put a camera in there to take a closer look (something that urologists often do in the office, but ob/gyns often do not). Don't suffer, get a 2nd opinion. Good luck!
