Probably: If you have scar tissue inside your uterus (asherman's syndrome), then removal of the scarring will certainly improve your fertility.

It might improve it.: In some situations, if the fallopian tube is involved in the scar tissue and is freed up by adhesiolysis, it will potentially improve your fertility.
