What is a pseudocyst on the back off the uterus, and can these be malignant? it was removed through laparoscopy and sent to pathology. i am unsure what a pseudo cyst is, and if these are seen frequently on the uterus. thank you?

We call a lesion pseudocyst when the lesion is mostly fluid in component by imaging technique and a capsule is not observed. Most of the time, what is called pseudocyst by ultrasound or CT finding is not a malignant lesion.
