Very possible: This certainly could have been causing your abd pain. If the adhesion(scaring) was corrected at the time of the laparoscopy, then you will have the answer in about 4 weeks after the laparoscopy.

Absolutely: the findings are a pathology that definitely could cause abdominal pain i am very confident that your pain will decrease after surgery
