Hepatitis: You may have hepatitis. This can be viral like a, b, c, e or general hepatitis like from alcohol, a medication overdose, or certain foods (like mushrooms). First, you should get tested for viral hepatitis and be vaccinated against b. It also depends what other enzymes are elevated such as alkaline phosphatase. It may be a gallbladder issue too.
