Can a gallbladder problem cause body tremors? normal ultrasound in june 2013. endo doc says still possible even with normal liver function test?

GB w nl tests: You can have gallbladder disease with a normal ultrasound and liver tests. A hida scan would be next test if symptoms of gallbladder disease present. I am not sure what you mean by tremors. Body shaking from chills with fever called rigors. Severely inflamed gallbladder could cause fever, chills and rigors.

No: Tremors are not assoc w gallbladder disease. Symptoms are usually pain in the right upper abdomen with or without nausea. Usually occurs after eating and usually the more fat or grease in the meal, the worse the symptoms. Gallbladder dysfunction, which can still be present with normal ultrasound and labs, can be diagnosed w a hida scan.
