Warm tea at bedtime: Raises metabolism, increases fat oxidation, lowers risk of heart diseases/attacks by reducing blood clotting. Reduces risk of esophageal cancer and inhibits growth of some cancer cells, reduces blood cholesterol, improves the ratio of good to bad cholesterol. Treats rheumatoid arthritis and cardiovascular disease. Repairs immune function. Can kill bacteria that create dental plaque. Good stuff!
