If UR stable: NO: There are many combinations of medications for all different phases and stages and types of bipolar disorder. The best combination is the one that works for you. You did not ask "better in what way?" if you wee to be more specific, then i could provide a more specific answer, but in general, if you are stable on a medication regimen, i wouldn't tamper with it. Want to avoid years of future misery.

Maybe: The benefits of changing must always be contrasted with the risks of destabilization. Quetiapine is potent especially at this dose and jumping to another medicine would need to be done with an abundance of caution. The side effects of seroquel (quetiapine) can be considerable in some cases and so i think this conversation would be worth continuing with your prescribing physician. Stay safe!
