Talk to ur psych: I'd suggest having an honest discuss with your psychiatrist about what your feeling and how the Seroquel (quetiapine) is working for you. Unfortunately, there is no golden dose when it comes to psychiatric medications - however - the target dose of Seroquel (quetiapine) XR is anywhere between 300-600 mg. per day because of the dose-response relationship of the molecule and receptor binding profiles.
