Not so fast: Asking doctors on the internet who don't know you, is very different from talking with your own psychiatrist who has treated you. Also feeling like you can "control" your mood swings may be very different from what others who know you, perceive. I suggest not changing your medications until discussing in detail with your psychiatrist. Ask for his/her observations of you; ask your family too.
